Gentec-EO Now ISO 9001:2008 Certified

QUEBEC CITY, Sept. 24, 2013 — Laser beam measurement products supplier Gentec Electro-Optics Inc. is now ISO 9001:2008 certified, the company announced recently.

ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized standard that defines the requirements for a quality management system within a company. It is intended to help companies continually improve their products, services and processes and to consistently meet customers’ requirements.

“The entire staff has put a lot of hard work to obtain this certification,” which was received on July 23, the company said.
