Gooch & Housego Acquires Integrated Technologies
Gooch & Housego (G&H) has completed the acquisition of Integrated Technologies Ltd. (ITL).
ITL provides full product development, design, manufacturing, and after-sales service for the commercialization of medical diagnostic, analytical, precision electromechanical and laboratory instruments. The company is based in Ashford, England, and has a manufacturing facility in Shanghai and a client servicing office in Ashland, Va.
The acquisition expands Gooch & Housego’s presence in the life and health sciences sector and enables the group’s move into system-based products.
Gooch & Housego is a photonics technology business headquartered in Ilminster, England. The company researches, designs, engineers, and manufactures advanced photonic systems, components, and instrumentation for applications in the aerospace & defense, industrial systems, optical communications, life sciences, and scientific research sectors.
