Greenwood Made CEO of SPI Lasers

SOUTHAMPTON, England, Jan. 1, 2018 — Laser manufacturer SPI Lasers Ltd. has appointed its chief technology officer, Mark Greenwood, as CEO, succeeding Thomas Fehn, who will take a position at SPI’s parent company, Trumpf.

Greenwood has 20 years of experience in developing lasers for a wide range of applications and industries. He has held CEO roles with Spectron Laser Systems and GSI Group and has been CTO of SPI Lasers since the acquisition of JK Lasers, supporting Fehn in business growth over the last two years.
