A groundbreaking ceremony was held yesterday by Philips (China) Investment Co. Ltd. for its LED Professional Lighting Solutions manufacturing facility in Chengdu. The event marks a new phase of the strategic agreement signed in December between the company and the economic and culture center in China's west region. As the company’s second headquarters in China, the LED manufacturing site, located in the Chengdu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, is expected to optimize the allocation of resources such as production, warehousing and logistics, as well as increase production efficiency and quality, responsiveness to clients, and delivery times.
