Hexagon Manufacturing Opens Second California Solutions Facility
NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I., Dec. 19, 2017 — In January, metrology and manufacturing solutions provider Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence AB will open its second solution center in Irvine, Calif.
The 15,500-sq-ft facility is the company's second California solution center after its Oceanside facility. The new center is strategically situated with easy highway access to five major counties. The state-of-the-art site will feature a technology demonstration room, software training facilities, a Leica laser tracker calibration laboratory and offices for project engineers, applications engineers, sales and support personnel.
An official ribbon cutting ceremony and opening remarks will be followed by a technical program with a technology showcase inclusive of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence solutions. Participants will experience first-hand a full range of live measurement demonstrations and applications of Leica Absolute Trackers, ROMER Absolute Arms, portable scanning solutions and stationary coordinate measuring machines. Hexagon experts will be available throughout the afternoon for consulting and questions.
