Hsu Joins Exalos
Dr. Kevin Hsu is the new director of applications engineering at Exalos AG, the company announced. Exalos is a superluminescent light-emitting diode (SLED) and swept laser source provider.
In the newly created position, Hsu will be responsible for Exalos’ worldwide daily technical and application support to maintain existing business and to develop, grow and expand new business opportunities.
Hsu brings to his position more than 24 years of experience in the fiber optics and photonics industries. Prior to joining the privately held Exalos, he served as development engineer at Eastman Kodak Research Laboratories and as vice president of research and technologies for Micron Optics Inc.
