IPG Photonics promoted Felix Stukalin to COO. Stukalin assumed the role Feb. 18, having served as the company’s senior vice president of North American operations since 2013. Prior to joining the company, he was vice president of components and president of the Wave Precision divisions of GSI Lumonics. IPG included news of Stukalin’s appointment in an 8-K report dated Feb. 18.
