Ingo Bank to Rejoin OSRAM as CEO

GARCHING, Germany, Dec. 1, 2020 — Ingo Bank will assume the position of CEO at OSRAM Licht Ag, in March, with Thomas Stockmeier taking on the position of chairman of the supervisory board. Bank currently serves as CFO of ams, and will retain his current role with the company. He formerly served as CFO at OSRAM.

Olaf Berlien currently serves as CEO of OSRAM. Ams, a developer and supplier of sensor systems, acquired OSRAM in July.
