InnoLas Solutions GmbH has named Ernst Hartmannsgruber director of sales and marketing. Hartmannsgruber received a diploma in physics in 1995 from the Technische Universität Berlin, and worked in advanced semiconductor R&D for 10 years at the Fraunhofer Society. In 1999, he became a sales manager for production equipment in the semiconductor industry. Most recently, he was in charge of turnkey projects for solar cell manufacturing in the worldwide photovoltaic market.
