Data interconnect compact InterOptic has secured a California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS) contract with the state of California. This contract expands InterOptic’s reach to the state and local government levels in California. The company is now authorized to offer the government entities its full suite of IT networking solutions at 30 to 50 percent savings over OEM products. The company’s fiber optic transceivers support 20 data equipment manufacturer platforms including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Brocade, Extreme, D-Link, HP, NETGEAR and Palo Alto Networks, among others. InterOptic develops connectivity solutions for enterprise companies and government institutions to meet increasing bandwidth, complexity and interoperability demands in IT environments.
