Investment Firm Acquires Electron Microscopy Sciences

NEWTON SQUARE, Pa., Jan. 18, 2021 — Inverness Graham Investments, a private investment firm focused on innovative tech-enabled manufacturing, acquired Electron Microscopy Sciences, a manufacturer and distributor of laboratory consumables and equipment. Together, the companies are seeking add-on acquisitions to provide laboratory consumables and chemicals to a wide range of research markets. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Electron Microscopy Science products include those for light microscopy and histology, such as reagents, diamond knives, sputter and carbon coaters, and embedding resins.
