In New York state, JML Optical Industries Inc. of Rochester plans to relocate to expanded quarters in Pittsford within the next few months. Approximately twice as large as the current plant, the 110,000-sq-ft facility is expected to provide room for the 10 percent annual growth that the company forecasts for the next several years.
