Juergen Ruprecht Named CEO of Silicon Line

Ruprecht.jpgSilicon Line GmbH, a Munich, Germany-based fabless analog integrated-circuit provider, announced it has hired Juergen Ruprecht as its CEO. Juergen brings more than 25 years experience in the semiconductor business to his new position. Prior to joining Silicon Line, he served as vice president, systems development, at Silicon Image. Before that, Juergen held the position of CEO at sci-worx (formerly Sican). Prior to sci-worx, he served in various high-level management positions, including several years at Philips Semiconductors/USA. Juergen holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kiel in Germany.
