KEYENCE Adds Software Capabilities, Acquires CADENAS
AUGSBURG, Germany, May 27, 2025 — KEYENCE Group has acquired software developer CADENAS GmbH. According to Keyence, the acquisition focuses on the development of CADENAS’ “3Dfindit” engineering platform. The solution enables manufacturers to market their products to potential customers through 3D computer-aided design and building information modeling (3D CAD and BIM) planning data for more than 100 formats.
CADENAS will continue to develop its software independently following the acquisition, while expanding its portfolio.
