LaCroix Precision Optics Names New President
BATESVILLE, Ark., June 28, 2018 — Precision optics manufacturer LaCroix Precision Optics has announced the promotion of Kirk Warden to president of the company, effective July 2. Warden will replace Raymond LaCroix Jr., who will assume the role of chairman of the board.
Warden has been with LaCroix Precision Optics for 15 years and has served as executive vice president (EVP) since 2012. As EVP, he managed day-to-day operations and the sales and marketing efforts of the company. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
Raymond LaCroix Jr. has served as president of the company since 1985. In his new role as chairman of the board, he will continue to participate in corporate strategic planning and provide counsel to the president.

LaCroix Precision Optics’ capabilities include spherical, aspherical, plano, and custom-coated optics.
