LeddarTech Acquires Phantom Intelligence Assets
Lidar and environmental sensing company LeddarTech has announced the acquisition of Phantom Intelligence’s assets, including its full intellectual property and technology portfolio. The move gives LeddarTech access to specific Phantom Intelligence lidar designs, software, and associated customer and partner projects. Phantom Intelligence’s signal processing and lidar technology aims to improve the safety of travel through solutions that enable reliable advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
In picking up the lidar and signal processing company’s assets, LeddarTech has now completed two transactions in the last two months. LeddarTech acquired Israeli sensor-fusion and perception technology company Vaya Vision in July.
