Lumentum Announces Herscher as New Board Chair
MILPITAS, Calif., Aug. 30, 2019 — Lumentum Holdings Inc. has announced the appointment of Penny Herscher as chair of its board of directors. She has served on the board since the company split from JDSU in 2015.
Herscher also serves on the boards of Faurecia SA, Verint, and PROS Holdings Inc. She previously served as CEO of First Rain, as CEO of Simplex Solutions, and in C-level and senior executive positions for Cadence Design Systems Inc. and Synopsys Inc.
