Luminar Adds Two to Board of Directors
Lidar hardware and software company Luminar appointed Katharine A. Martin and Mary Lou Jepsen to its board of directors. Martin serves as chair of the board at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Jepsen is a technology industry executive, currently serving as CEO, founder, and chair of the board at medical laser imaging device company Openwater, and as a director on the board at Lear Corp.
