MEMSCAP, OrthoMEMS Join Forces

MEMSCAP of Grenoble, France, and Durham, N.C., a microelectromechanical systems (MEMS)based solutions provider, and OrthoMEMS of Menlo Park, Calif., a medical device company focused on biomedical applications of patented MEMS and wireless technology, have announced a multiyear strategic partnership and development agreement to manufacture MEMS sensors for the assessment and treatment of mechanical low back pain. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
