Biologists at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass., have agreed to develop a multimode microscopy system with Applied Precision Inc. of Issaquah, Wash., and Nikon Inc. of Melville, N.Y. The workstation will incorporate green fluorescent protein imaging from Applied Precision's DeltaVision restoration microscope and Nikon's PCM2000 laser scanning confocal system.
