MVTec Establishes Customer Services Department
MVTec Software has launched a Customer Services department. The move will primarily benefit customers from German-speaking countries, MVTec said.
The range of services offered by the new department is based on three pillars: Traditional technical support for the MVTec product portfolio, support for machine vision projects, and the provision of product training.
The department will be led by Mario Bohnacker, who previously served as the technical product manager for HALCON. MVTec internally filled the vacant technical product manager position with Jan Gärtner.
