Masimo Corp. announced it acquired all the assets of LED maker Spire Semiconductor LLC of Hudson, N.H. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Masimo Semiconductor Inc., a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of Masimo Corp., will operate the business going forward. The transaction will give Masimo the ability to develop custom components, accelerate development cycles and optimize future product costs.
