Measuring Atmospheric Carbon Daylight Solutions Inc. of Poway, Calif., has received a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research award from the US Department of Energy. The award will be used to design and assemble a compact, portable sensor that will provide real-time concentration measurements of carbon isotopes in carbon dioxide as well as measurements of atmospheric fluxes.
