TABY, Sweden, July 31 -- Micronic Laser Systems AB, a supplier of laser pattern generators for the production of semicondcutor and display photomasks, has received an order for a MP80+ laser pattern generator from a major Japanese supplier of electronic packaging products. The system will be used for high-end chrome photomasks. Delivery will take place during the later part of 2001.
