TABY, Sweden, Feb. 15 -- Micronic Laser Systems AB has received a repeat order for a LRS11000 multibeam laser pattern generator for production of advanced photo masks for color filters used in TFT-displays. A photo mask producer in Japan placed the order. Delivery will take place during this summer.
    "The order shows a continued strong market within the display segment, which is in line with our upgraded forecast," said Bert Jeppsson, president and CEO of Micronic Laser Systems.
