Nikon and Brion Form Partnership

Nikon Corp. of Belmont, a supplier of lithography equipment for microelectronics manufacturing, and Brion Technologies Inc. of Santa Clara, a provider of lithography-driven design and manufacturing products, have formed a partnership to deliver lithography-enabled design-for-manufacturing applications aimed at providing solutions for advanced semiconductor production. Both companies are in California.
