Novaled Registers for IPO
Novaled AG has filed a Form F-1 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its American depositary shares (ADSs), it announced.
The filed documents have not yet become effective.
Novaled will apply to have its ADSs listed on the NASDAQ Global Market or the New York Stock Exchange. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Acting co-managers include Canaccord Genuity, Commerzbank, Cowen and Co. and JMP Securities.
Novaled develops and commercializes technologies and materials that enhance the performance of organic LEDs and organic electronics.
