Optical Insights, a designer, developer and manufacturer of optical systems for spectral and polarization imaging applications has launched a Web site geared toward researchers and OEMs. The portal details the company’s products and technologies, including the Spectral-DV hyperspectral system, and Dual-View, Dual-Cam and Quad-View multichannel systems. It features a new series of application notes covering topics such as FRET imaging, live-cell ratiometric imaging of intracellular pH, the removal of autofluorescence using the Spectral-DV and spectral unmixing, and endocytosis with multicolor total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy.
