Image exchange solutions provider OneMedNet Corp. has announced a partnership with Vida Diagnostics Inc., a developer of precision pulmonary imaging, to incorporate image exchange into current and future diagnostic and therapeutic procedural workflows to manage patients with pulmonary diseases.

Vida will create an embedded data-sharing solution within its vision software, using the BEAM SW and network offering of OneMedNet to provide their customers with a mechanism for exchange of studies for the purposes of precision analysis.

“Precision healthcare requires precision informatics” said Sandra Stapleton, COO of Vida. “We are delighted to be teaming up with OneMedNet to simplify pulmonologists’ access to advanced imaging analysis. The partnership enables integrated and streamlined procedural workflows, essential for higher-value precision care.”

The collaboration covers North America, Europe and Australia.

“Our companies share an overlapping health care vision and our complimentary solutions blend seamlessly together, which certainly make for an ideal relationship,” said Catherine Forrester, vice president of operations at OneMedNet. “We are pleased to expand our successful partnership program with yet another industry segment leader.”
