Opnext Inc., a manufacturer of optical modules, components and subsystems, has announced that Steve Pavlovich has joined the company as vice president of investor relations. He will be responsible for all investor relations functions.
With more than 30 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, he most recently served as a senior executive and managing director at CCG Investor Relations, a consultancy firm. Prior to that, he served as vice president of investor relations for Hewlett-Packard Co.
“He brings a deep knowledge of international technology markets and market drivers, which will continue to strengthen our relationship with the investment community and our shareholders,” said Gilles Bouchard, president and chief executive officer of Opnext.
