Optenia Inc., in partnership with the University of Ottawa, has established a scholarship program for graduate students who demonstrate academic excellence and an interest in photonics research. The program to support education and research in this field consists of six awards totaling $54,000 and is aimed at master's or doctoral level students in the School of Information Technology & Engineering or the department of physics at the university.
