Linos Photonics Inc. of Milford, Mass., has merged with Qioptiq Imaging Solutions of Fairport, N.Y. The new company, Qioptiq Linos Inc., will be based in Fairport, with satellite offices in New England, Chicago and Florida. The transfer of operations is expected to be completed later this year.
