PITTSFIELD, Mass., Sept. 12, 2024 — Photonics Media launched a weekly news broadcast on Sept. 12 titled Photonics Spectra Now (PSN), delivering the most important headlines, such as technology advances, major personnel moves, high dollar business details, and everything in between.

The company brought aboard Joseph Kuczynski as senior editor to spearhead the company’s video efforts. Kuczynski has more than 16 years of experience in television news as a video journalist, executive producer, and video editor, with stints at New York 1 News in Manhattan, Queen City News in Charlotte, and First Coast News in Jacksonville.

“Sometimes it’s hard to read every story, every press release, but give us a few minutes and we’ll tell you everything you need to know so you don’t feel out of the loop at the water cooler,” Kuczynski said. “PSN will give you a quick recap of all the top headlines, with fresh images and video to help tell the story.”

Kuczynski hosts the series, which airs weekly on Thursdays, beginning Sept. 12.
