Photronics Appoints Daniel Liao to Board of Directors
Daniel Liao will join Photronics Inc.’s board of directors as an independent director, effective Sept. 10. With Liao’s appointment, the Photronics board will have seven members, four being independent directors.
Liao currently serves as senior adviser of Asia Pacific for Lam Research Corp., previously serving as chairman of Asia Pacific. Prior to that he served as group vice president of Asia Pacific Operations before being promoted to president of APAC Operations. He has also held positions at Integrated Device Technology and Intel Corp. He also serves on the board of directors for Amkor Technology.
