Point Grey Expands Canadian Headquarters
RICHMOND, British Columbia, Canada, April 11, 2013 — Digital camera manufacturer Point Grey Research Inc. has expanded its Canadian headquarters to support an increased demand for its USB 3.0 and GigE camera and FireWire lines.
The 15,000-sq-ft addition more than doubles Point Grey’s production area, bringing the ISO 9001:2008 certified facility to 55,0000 sq ft.

“Point Grey has continuously invested in developing state-of-the-art production facilities,” said Rod Barman, president and director of engineering. “This latest expansion allows us to meet our forecasted demand as well as lay foundations for year-over-year capacity growth for the foreseeable future.”
