Amnis Receives Cancer Institute Grant

SEATTLE, Dec. 3 -- Amnis, a biotechnology company working on advancements in the imaging of biological cells, announced it has received a $750,000 grant from the National Cancer Institute, a component of the National Institutes of Health. The two-year grant will be used to develop a velocity detection and autofocus technology for a commercial version of the Amnis's ImageStream technology for imaging cells in flow.
