Atmel and Tower to Develop CMOS Technology

Atmel Corp. and Tower Semiconductor Ltd. will work together to develop CMOS image sensor-related processes, such as modules for advanced photodiodes. The development and fabrication will be carried out at Tower's wafer foundry in Migdal Haemek, Israel, and Atmel will contribute circuit and pixel design at its facilities in Grenoble, France.Read full article
