OVERLAND PARK, Kan., April 1 -- Bushnell Performance Optics has filed a lawsuit in the District Court of Johnson County alleging breach of contract by Laser Technology Inc. (LTI), of Englewood, Colo., which designs and manufactures laser-based speed and distance measuring instruments. Bushnell alleges that LTI has not fulfilled its contractual obligations to provide technical support for the development of new and existing rangefinder products.
