Henry L. Hirvela has been named vice chairman of Three-Five Systems Inc., (TFS) a Tempe, Ariz., provider of electronics manufacturing services and display technology to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Hirvela, a member of the TFS board of directors and chair of its audit committe, will succeed David Malmberg when he retires as chairman in January.
