Cambridge Display Technology (CDT), a Cambridge, England-based developer of light-emitting polymers for electronic display products used in information management, communications and entertainment, has appointed Joseph Carr to its board of directors. Carr was formerly vice president at Osram Opto Semiconductors; previously, he was responsible for Dow Chemical's Electronic Materials business, including it organic light-emitting diode (OLED) line.
