Datalogic Acquires Pekat Vision

Industrial automation company Datalogic has acquired Pekat Vision, a developer of proprietary machine learning and deep learning algorithms for applications in the supply chain and industrial automation markets. The all-cash transaction was made by Datalogic subsidiary Datalogic srl, which acquired the entire share capital of the Czech Republic-based company.
