TROY, N.Y., June 2 -- Evident Technologies today announced it has entered into a license agreement with IBM for lead selenide (PbSe) quantum dots. This license enables Evident Technologies to make, use, offer to sell and sell PbSe nanocrystals based on IBM's production methods.
