Heraeus Noblelight, a unit of Heraeus Holding GmbH, completed the acquisition of Fusion UV Systems Inc. on Jan. 31. The purchase comes about a month and a half after Spectris plc signed an agreement to sell the Gaithersburg, Md., UV light source business group to Heraeus Noblelight for $172 million.
