High-quality video and images from an inverted fluorescence synchronized video microscope show promise for imaging micro- and nanofluidic bioanalyzer prototypes. Researchers working with lab-on-a-chip and cell experiments to date have relied on general-use microscopes to view the flow of materials through microchannels and to image microparticles.
