Invitrogen Corp. of Carlsbad, Calif., has entered into an agreement with the National Institutes of Health Chemical Genomics Center in Bethesda, Md., to identify small molecules that modulate key signaling pathways associated with disease pathophysiology. The center will use the company’s CellSensor cell lines and GeneBLAzer β-lactamase reporter gene technology to identify compounds that modulate disease signaling pathways.
