Optical interferometer-based instrumentation developer Bristol Instruments Inc. has made laser provider Japan Laser Corp. its new representative in Japan. Japan Laser offers laser products for a number of industries and applications from advanced devices for scientific research to lasers for general use. Japan Laser will represent Bristol’s flagship precision test and measurement products including high-accuracy wavelength meters and high-resolution spectrum analyzers for the characterization of lasers that operate from the visible to the mid-IR. Sam Algera, Bristol Instruments’ sales manager for Asia and Latin America, will manage the partnership with Japan Laser. “We are very pleased to welcome Japan Laser Corporation to our network of Asian distributors,” said Brian Samoriski, vice president of sales and marketing at Bristol Instruments. “With their well-established presence, JLC will help us to provide industry leading solutions to our Japanese customers.
