Jenoptik Sells Non-Optical Metrology Business to Marposs

JENA, Germany, July 15, 2021 — Jenoptik has sold its non-optical process metrology business to Marposs, which will be taking over all Jenoptik employees at the main site in Peseux, Switzerland, as well as in Ratingen and Ludwigsburg, Germany — in total, 40 employees. In 2020, Jenoptik generated revenue of about €7 million (around $8.27 million) with process metrology for grinding machines.
