Kodak Buys Printing Firm's Assets

Eastman Kodak Co. of Rochester, N.Y., has acquired certain assets of Winston-Salem, N.C.-based NuPro Technologies Inc., a company specializing in processing chemistries and solvent reclamation equipment for flexographic printing. The products complement Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group’s existing portfolio of computer-to-plate products, printing plates, workflow, screening technologies, film and proofing solutions for the packaging industry.
