Lake Shore Cryotronics Acquires Janis Research’s Laboratory Cryogenics Business

WESTERVILLE, Ohio, Aug. 12, 2020 — Lake Shore Cryotronics, a provider of instruments and systems for measurement and control solutions, has acquired Janis Research’s Laboratory Cryogenics business of Woburn, Mass. Lake Shore will assume marketing Janis Research liquid nitrogen, liquid helium, closed-cycle refrigerator (cryogen-free) cryostats, liquid helium and cryogen-free superconducting magnet systems, cryogenic and cryogen-free probe stations, and lab cooling systems.
