Luxell Technologies Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and Organic Lighting Technologies (OLT) LLC of Austin, Texas, have agreed to jointly develop prototype and production organic LED white backlight devices to enhance full-color flat panel liquid crystal displays (LCDs).
